FAMILY SIZE CHICKEN POT PIE

Everyone that has tried this usually asks for the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. cooked chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
  • 1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 2 (10 3/4-oz.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. biscuit mix
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions

Place chicken, mixed vegetables, and chicken soup into a 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish. Mix well. Pat mixture down evenly into the dish. Set aside. In a separate bowl, combine biscuit mix, parsley, oregano, pepper, milk, and eggs. Mix thoroughly. Pour evenly over top of the chicken mixture. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
