Lemon and Garlic Dump Chicken

This is another favorite with my family and again is a very easy dish to prepare.


  • 4-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or pieces)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley (I used dried parsley)
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper (to your taste)


Dump it all together and marinade in the freezer or a day (or as long as possible) in the refrigerator.
Thaw frozen for 24 hours.
Bake in a baking dish at 350F for30-60 minutes. (30 minutes for breasts, 60 minutes for pieces with bone)
