Beautiful Berger Buns

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 c. water, 90
• 3 1/4 c. flour
• 1/4 c. sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tbsp. dough enhancer
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1 tbsp. instant yeast
• *add 1 tsp onion power for a different taste

Directions

Place ing. in bread machine in order given. Select dough cycle. Dump dough onto lightly floured board. Roll out to thickness and cut with 4" cutter. Place on greased cookie sheet, cover and let rise about 40 min. or until doubled.
Can also make into hot dog buns, or just rolls for supper.
Bake @ 375 for 12-15 min. or until golden.
