This is one of our favorite snack breads to eat in the mornings.
Mix together flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, pumpkin, eggs, oil, and orange juice. Blend well. Add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture. Stir until just mixed; do not over mix. Stir in the walnuts and raisins. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350* for 60 to 65 minutes or until toothpick insert in center comes out clean.
