Cheese `n Onion Bread

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cup water
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
• 2 cups white flour
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp onion flakes (chop one small fresh onion is fine)
• 1 1/4 tsp dried basil flakes
• 1/2 cup cubed cheddar cheese (I grate the cheese)
• 1 tsp yeast

Directions

Can make into regular loaf... Or set to dough. Form into buns for burgers, 8 or 14 depending on size desired. Flatten onto cookie sheet and allow to rise.

Hint: The light of your oven emits the ideal temperature of heat to rise dough and you can often, because it is draft free, rise dough in half an hour to double height.

Bake at 350 for about 25+ mins.

Flip on over and tap bottom, if it sounds hollow, its baked.
