Cranberry Wheat Bread

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tbsp butter or margarine
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
• 1 3/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp ground mace
• 2 3/4 tsp yeast
• 1 cup whole fresh cranberries, or I use 3/4 cup craisins

Directions

Put into bread machine in order suggested by machines manual.

Do on Sweet setting if possible or regular if not.

Note: mace affects the yeast, so measure exactly. If using craisins, you can reduce the honey amount.
