Honey Wheat `n Oat Bread

Ingredients

• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 cup water
• 2 tbsp butter/margarine
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 cup white flour or all white flour (2 1/2 cups total)
• 1/2 cup oat flakes (any kind, I use old style)
• 1 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 1/4 tsp yeast

Directions

Insert in your machine according to the order of recipes that came with your machine.

Reg. or Whole Wheat cycle.

Yummy!

Note: cinnamon actually works against the yeast, so it is important that you measure it acurately. It will affect your dough if you decide to throw in extra because you "like the taste." Learned, of course, the hard way.
