ROB'S EASY PINEAPPLE CAKE

We made this for luncheons and everyone loved it.

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (15-oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, juices reserved
  • 1 sm. jar maraschino cherries, drained, chopped
  • 1 (oz.) container non-dairy whipped topping

Directions

Bake cake in a 13 x 9 inch baking pan following directions on box. Let cake cool. Poke holes in cake using a fork. Evenly pour 1/3 cup of reserved pineapple juice into holes. Spread crushed pineapple on cake. Place maraschino cherries over pineapple. Evenly spread non-dairy whipped topping over top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
