We made this for luncheons and everyone loved it.
Bake cake in a 13 x 9 inch baking pan following directions on box. Let cake cool. Poke holes in cake using a fork. Evenly pour 1/3 cup of reserved pineapple juice into holes. Spread crushed pineapple on cake. Place maraschino cherries over pineapple. Evenly spread non-dairy whipped topping over top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
