Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In mixing bowl, combine coconut, sugar, cocoa powder, flour, and salt. In another bowl, combine corn syrup, vanilla, and egg whites. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened. Place 15 small mounds of coconut mixture 1 1/2" apart onto prepared, parchment lined baking sheets. Bake for 18 minutes or until set.
