Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 1. 2 cups shortening
• 2. 2 cups brown sugar
• 3. 2 cups white sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1. 2 tsp. baking soda
• 2. 1 tsp. vanilla
• 3. 2 tsp. salt
• 4. 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 5. 2 1/2 cups flour
• 6. 6 cups oats

Directions

-Cream the first 3 ingredients together.
-Add eggs, one at a time.
-Add the last 6 ingredients. Mix well
