This is very rich.


  • 3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (3-oz.) pkg. fat free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 (7-oz.) jar marshmallow creme
  • 2 c. fat free non-dairy whipped topping, thawed


In a large microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips on high power for about 45 seconds or until they melt when stirred. Add cream cheese and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate and mix with an electric mixer until well blended. Add marshmallow creme, mix well. Fold in the whipped topping gently until thoroughly combined and no streaks remain. Place into serving dishes and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or until well chilled. Garnish as desired just before serving.
