Brown the meat, onion, bell pepper until
vegetables and meat are done, drain. Add to meat, undrained tomatoes,
tomato sauce, oregano, garlic, and salt. Bring to simmer. Cover and let
simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain the spaghetti and add butter to hot spaghetti. Add eggs and Parmesan cheese to spaghetti, stir well. Pour noodles into a buttered 10 inch pie plate. Shape the noodles into a pie crust shape. Spread the cottage cheese over bottom of spaghetti crust. Add the meat sauce to the top of the cottage cheese.
Bake in 350 oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Place back in oven and bake an additional 10 minutes.
