doesn't get much easier than this
Crush the french fried onions
Beat the egg in a shallow bowl (add the optional Worcestershire)
Dip your pork chops in the egg
Sprinkle with pepper
Coat with the onions
Bake @ 400 for about 30 min (depends on thickness of chops)
