oriental Pork Stir-Fry

I made this yesterday everyone liked it

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp reduced -sodium soy sauce
  • 1tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1pork tenderloin (about 3/4 pound) cut into 1/4 -inch strips
  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 3/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into thin strips (about 1 Cup)
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin strips (about 1 Cup)
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper cut into thin strips (about 1 Cup)
  • 3/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth (I used powder bouillon)
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions

1.In a small bowl (I used BIG Bowl) combine soy sauce, ginger, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
Mix well. Add pork; toss to coat. cover with plastic wrap; chill for 15 minutes
2.In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat
Add green onion. Cook, stirring frequently , for 2 minutes
Add green, red, yellow peppers; cook until peppers are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes
3.add pork; discard marinade
Cook, stirring until cooked through and no longer pink about 5 minutes
4. Combine broth, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch.
Mix well
Whisk mixture into skillet; bring to boil.
Simmer until sauce thickens , about 3 minutes
Serve Immediately
