Gazpacho

source: my friend, Karol...who convinced me that I would like gazpacho.

Ingredients

  • V-8- 1 large can
  • crushed tomatoes- large can
  • 1 cucumber- diced
  • 1 green pepper- diced
  • 4 green onions- chopped
  • 1 yellow squash- diced
  • 1 C celery- chopped
  • 4 T olive oil
  • 2 clovers garlic- minced
  • 4 t parsley
  • 3 t salt
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 t pepper

Directions

After all the chopping and dicing, all you do is throw it in a large bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

Serve cold.

Serves 12.
