I made this for our church small group, everyone loved it.


  • 1 (oz.) pkg. fat free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 T. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 c. mild salsa, pureed
  • 1 c. fat free refried beans
  • 1 c. shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 c. finely shredded lettuce
  • 1 lg. tomato, seeds removed, finely diced
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped black olives
  • tortilla chips


Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add taco seasoning, salsa, and refried beans. Beat until smooth and well blended. Place mixture into a 9 inch pie plate or serving bowl. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Just before serving sprinkle evenly with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and olives. Can microwave and serve warm if desired. Serve with tortilla chips. Refrigerate leftovers.
