Pizza Dough

No beer... we never have any...


  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp Olive or reg oil
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 tsp yeast


Pop into dough pan and set to dough cycle.

Will make 2 12 inch pizza crusts. Don't let rise a second time.

Bake at 425 for 15 mins.

Again, I use my pizza stone, have it preheated. I use parchment paper and roll the dough out on it, and slip it onto the stone.
