Pecan Pie

  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light or dark corn syrup
  • 1 TBSP margarine, melted
  • 1 TSP vanilla
  • 1 cup broken up pecans (optional to break up)
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell


Mix together well all ingredients adding the pecans last. Pour into pie shell. Bake on 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

NOTE: I have frozen these pies and I think they freeze well but that's just my opinion.
