The Lady's Oven Roasted Ribs

  • The Lady's Oven Roasted Ribs
  • One 5 pound slab pork ribs
  • 4 teaspoons liquid smoke (available at any grocery store)
  • 2 teaspoons The Lady's House Seasoning (see recipe at the bottom)
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt (Lawry's or Season All)
  • The Lady's House Seasoning
  • 1 cup salt
  • 1/4 cup black pepper
  • 1/4 cup garlic powder
  • *Mix well. Store in shaker near stove for convenience.


Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Wash ribs & drain.
Rub each side with liquid smoke, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and seasoned salt.
Refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.
Roast uncovered for 1 1/2 hours.
