Caramel Sauce

The best caramel sauce ever!


  • 1 C cream
  • 1 C white sugar
  • 1 C brown sugar
  • 1 C butter
  • 2 T flour
  • 2 t vanilla


Mix everything except vanilla in a saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Stir in vanilla. Serve warm over pumpkin cake, apple pie, cappuccinos, ice cream....
